Failed translations

Minutes are reserved when a translation starts. If it fails for any reason on our side, the minutes are returned to your balance automatically, within seconds, and nothing is charged for that attempt.

Cancelling a plan

Cancel from the billing page at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and does not renew. Minutes bought as credit packs stay in your account after cancellation and never expire.

Refunds

• First subscription payment: if you have used fewer than 10 minutes, ask within 14 days of payment and we refund it in full.
• Renewals: a renewal charged while you did not use the service in that period is refunded in full if you ask within 14 days of the charge.
• Credit packs: refunded in full within 14 days if none of the pack has been used.
• Mistaken double purchases are refunded whenever they happen.

Outside these cases, refunds are at our discretion; write to us and explain, we read every message. Refunds go back to the original payment method and appear within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

Changing plans

Upgrading takes effect immediately and only the difference for the rest of the period is charged. Downgrading takes effect at the next renewal.
